In this Oral round, the participant must spell aloud the words given to them from a predetermined of spelling bee words. This round takes place on a miss-and-out basis, eliminating as they misspell a word from the 6th word onwards.
PRONUNCIATION KEY round will be a slide show, the contestant will identify the words, spell the words and their meanings based on phonetic symbols. This is a time bound test.
